A Full 360° Training Approach

I train my students in a full 360; your skills, your mindset, and your protection. My students don’t just learn how to handle a firearm safely, they learn how to think, move, and make decisions under stress.

Building confidence with a firearm is only one piece. I also focus on situational awareness, decision making and what comes AFTER a self defense incident. You’re learning how to defend yourself responsibly but also how to protect your future if you ever have to rely on those skills.

Lisa is a proud Member Specialist with CCW Safe.

  • "Most of my training has been private instruction and classes. But the slow and steady movement forward wasn’t entirely due to just Lisa’s instruction, but also attributed to her support outside of the range. It’s her receptiveness to any and all questions. It’s about observing Lisa leading and coaching other women in a similar way and challenging us all to practice while cheering us on as we build our skill set. It is about meeting other women and helping each other on our respective journeys. Lisa’s contribution to my firearms training cannot be overstated and I know others feel the same way."

  • "I have become a regular attendee at Women’s Fundamental Drills and attend all of the weekday sessions unless I am out of town. I would never have progressed this far without the Women’s program. I am scheduled to take Intermediate Pistol in early October, and I took the Concealed Carry course in May and obtained my permit recently. I never would have dreamed I would go that far – and it is all due to the Women’s programs."

  • "You are one of the two very professional instructors I am working with in our “Self-defense” world (the other is in Taekwondo). And two instructors I very much respect and appreciate."

  • "Due to the (Women’s) program, I progressed from being very uncomfortable to purchasing a Sig Sauer P365 Rose pistol and joining as a member within a few months."

  • "I was astonished at how much I learned and how comfortable I felt after the class."

  • "The world of firearms has always been a man’s arena, and as a woman it can be very intimidating and scary, especially to ask questions. Having only women in my class made a world of difference in my comfort to ask questions and participate, allowed me to feel safe enough to ask specific questions about my situation with my protection order. To be honest had I been in a big mixed class full of men I never would have felt comfortable enough to ask, and I would not have gained as much knowledge and confidence as I did. Women want to be in these spaces, they just need to feel safe to come."
